STRONG45 combines the two incredibly powerful training techniques that are designed to get you stronger, leaner, more toned, and completely reshape your body to give you the body you want.

The STRONG45 workouts are not just a means to an end. They are careful blend of Metabolic Resistance Training and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) designed to sculpt your body, improve your body composition, increase your confidence, and more.

THE 3 PHASES OF STRONG45!
STRONG45 utilizes what's called "Metabolic Resistance Training" in combination with "High Intensity Interval Training. This combination is what allows you to get better and faster results in LESS time.
By alternating between high intensity "work" sets and low intensity "rest" sets, you allow your body to work both your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems which allows you to burn more calories both during and after exercise*.
Here's the phases you'll go through over the next 45-days on the plan:

PRIMING YOUR METABOLISM
PHASE 1 of our STRONG45 Workouts is where you will build your base, prime your metabolism, and get into your flow. No matter if this is your day 1 or you are an advanced lifter, phase one will challenge you in the best way possible. Every single workout has a follow along video, where I’ll be coaching you through with modifications, progressions, coaching cues, and more.

BURN & SCULPT
PHASE 2 is where we will be kicking up the intensity, adding in new exercise variations, and really working on sculpting your muscles and burning body fat at the same time. The workouts in Phase 2 will continue to focus on the Afterburn Effect so that you can make amazing progress going into Phase 3!

FINISH STRONG
PHASE 3 is what you can call "Finish STRONG". These workouts build upon the previous 2 phases, and add in some great new exercise variations so that you can really make progress and get your best possible results in these 45-days!

For those that don't know me yet, I am a certified trainer, nutrition coach, and Co-Founder of HIITBURN (with my husband Dennis).
I have worked with tens of thousands of people across the world to become healthier, happier, and more fit through my workout, nutrition, and mindset programs.
