HEY, I'M KELSEY!

I am excited to be your coach and trainer!

For those that don't know me yet, I am a certified trainer, nutrition coach, and Co-Founder of HIITBURN (with my husband Dennis). 

I have worked with tens of thousands of people across the world to become healthier, happier, and more fit through my workout, nutrition, and mindset programs. 

My approach to health and fitness allows my clients to feel empowered and achieve the results they want. That said, they do so in a way that allows them to have flexibility and enjoy life to the fullest while still working towards their goals. 

I have trained and coached a wide variety of people all over the world, including actors like Shay Mitchell (Pretty Little Liars) and Sarah Levy (Schitt’s Creek), as well as created workout programs for professional athletes, olympians, influencers, and more.

The majority of my clients though are people just like you - someone that wants to achieve a certain health and fitness goal and is ready to take action!
